Payroll Expert

As a **Payroll Expert**, you are responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll for our employees in Belgium, as well as in several small but strategically important offices in the USA, Australia, Dubai, and Saudi Arabia.You’ll work closely with local payroll partners and our internal teams, and you’ll be the main point of contact for everything related to payroll. You’ll have the freedom to take ownership, bring structure, and improve payroll processes in an environment where your expertise truly matters.## **Responsibilities*** Managing Belgian payroll for approximately 200 employees, in compliance with local legislation (tax, social security, and labor laws)* Reviewing and validating payroll calculations and reports* Handling administrative tasks related to employee files (social documents, career breaks, etc.)* Acting as the first point of contact for all payroll-related questions* Collaborating closely with HR and Finance (for reporting, budgeting, audits) to ensure smooth operations* Proactively optimizing payroll processes and documentation* Coordinating monthly payroll for international entities (ranging from 1 to 10 employees per entity) in collaboration with local payroll providers* Minimum of 3 years of relevant payroll experience, ideally with knowledge of Belgian legislation.
