Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Licensed Real Estate Agent. The primary responsibilities include assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties, building and maintaining client relationships, and conducting property showings. Additional tasks involve negotiating deals, assessing market trends, and delivering exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction. The role requires self-motivation and a proactive approach to growing business opportunities.
Qualifications
A valid Real Estate License and comprehensive knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
Experience and skills in Sales and real property transactions
Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to handle client needs professionally
Proficiency in Real Estate operations, market analysis, and property marketing
Exceptional communication, organization, and time-management skills
Ability to work independently with a results-driven mindset
Experience using real estate CRM tools and technology platforms is a plus
