A growing, multi-brand home services organization is seeking a data-driven Marketing Manager to lead performance and growth initiatives across several established and emerging brands in the residential services sector. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Growth Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (Google Ads, LSAs, Paid Social, OTT, SEO, affiliates, and local initiatives). Analyze performance data, including conversion funnels, CPL/CPA, and attribution models, to identify optimization opportunities. Test and scale digital tactics based on insights and ROI thresholds.
Multi-Brand Strategy Oversee marketing execution across multiple brands and regions, ensuring cohesive yet differentiated market positioning. Manage website and content strategies to drive organic and paid lead flow. Support consistent branding and customer experience across all digital and local channels.
Data, Analytics & Optimization Partner with analytics and operations teams to link marketing performance to sales outcomes. Build dashboards and monitor KPIs such as CPL, CPA, conversion rate, and lead velocity. Recommend adjustments in media spend, creative direction, and campaign strategy based on insights.
Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with operations and call center teams to ensure seamless lead-to-appointment conversion. Collaborate with internal and external creative, media, and analytics partners. Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance reviews.
Qualifications 7+ years of marketing experience, ideally in home services, trades, or multi-location/franchise operations. Proven success in digital lead generation and local market campaign execution. Deep knowledge of Google Ads, LSAs, SEO, Paid Social, and website conversion optimization. Experience managing multiple brands or regions simultaneously. Highly analytical, with strong command of marketing KPIs and performance dashboards. Excellent communication and project management skills. Hands‑on experience with platforms such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and CRM/lead management tools (e.g., HubSpot, ServiceTitan, Salesforce).
