Executive Administrative Assistant We are seeking a highly motivated Executive Administrative Assistant to join our client’s Global Strategy & Operations team. The successful candidate will support leaders with logistics, calendaring, event scheduling, compliance tracking, and expense management. This role involves supporting 2‑3 managers and occasionally assisting with special projects and events.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive support to M2 managers, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reports.

Assist with tasks for their direct reports as needed.

Offer larger team support, including organizing morale events, onboarding and offboarding new hires, and procuring goods and services such as computer equipment and office supplies.

Manage asset tracking and facility requests.

Exercise sound judgment, tact, diplomacy, integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in all communications and interactions.

Build and maintain strong business relationships with executive‑level and counterpart administrative staff both internally and externally.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

2‑4 years of experience as a Business Administrator or in a similar role.

Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint.

Experience with internal tools such as MS Expense and Employee Central is a plus.

3‑4 years of solid Outlook calendaring experience.

2‑4 years of providing executive‑level support.

Process‑driven, extremely organized, and detail‑oriented.

High integrity and ability to handle confidential information appropriately.

Ability to deal with ambiguity, make independent decisions, be proactive, and drive tasks to closure.

Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, actively tracking pending items, and constantly reprioritizing tasks based on changing business needs.

Strong interpersonal skills, integrity, self‑awareness, and excellent customer service skills.

Proven track record of excellent judgment, problem resolution, teamwork, negotiation, budgeting, analytical skills, decision‑making skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

Prior experience with Microsoft and its internal tools is seen as a plus.

Work Environment & Expectations This position offers a professional office environment in a large and fast‑paced setting. While the role is primarily remote, it may require occasional on‑site presence in the Puget Sound/Redmond area. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, with no overtime budgeted. The role utilizes tools such as Outlook, Office 365, and travel booking tools like Concur.

Job Type & Location Contract position based out of Redmond, Washington. Hybrid work structure (remote with occasional on‑site).

Pay & Benefits Pay range for this position is $33.00 – $37.00 /hr.
