Key Responsibilities
Lead Americas medical promotional reviewer team to produce a high‑quality, high‑value medical advertising and promotional review function.
Manage team workflow, geographic and therapeutic area assignments, and provide training for medical reviewers.
Build strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders and serve as the point of contact for Americas/International promotional review operations.
Ensure medical review team is appropriately trained to undertake high quality and accurate review across relevant therapeutic areas.
Work with cross‑functional team supporting review of advertising and promotional materials and with Medical Director in assigned therapeutic areas to optimize effectiveness and mitigate risk of promotional claims.
Manage and report medical advertising promotional review metrics to support workflow and bandwidth management of team members.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +15 yrs; Associate +11 yrs; M.S. +4 yrs; PhD +3 yrs).
Ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English.
7 years of relevant experience.
5 years of demonstrated leadership experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree in life sciences or medical specialty.
OD, M.D. or PhD.
Bi‑lingual with English and Spanish.
People leadership/management experience.
