An extensive health system in the DFW area is seeking a full-time, board-certified OB‑GYN to serve as the site director at a 603‑bed acute care facility – leading a dedicated OB Hospitalist team while helping ensure the program meets both clinical and operational goals.
Opportunity
603 beds | Level IV NICU | Level IV Maternal Designation
Board certification required | at least 2 years of clinical experience preferred
Work a minimum of six shifts per month – flexible, predictable scheduling designed to support work‑life balance
Collaborates closely with hospital leadership and medical teams to support exceptional outcomes for patients and providers
Provide emergency OB care, unassigned OBED, and gynecological coverage, and assist with private MD emergencies
Hospital employed with a guaranteed hourly rate
Extra shift incentive pay is available + Holiday pay incentives

Malpractice Insurance, CME & Relocation assistance available
