Build on Roche Custom Biotech’s multidisciplinary expertise. Deliver raw materials, instrumentation, products and services for biopharmaceutical, cell therapy and in vitro diagnostics business. Responsibilities

Sell Roche products and services, developing new accounts and expanding existing ones. Create and execute a territory strategy to grow and drive business across assigned pharma, biotech, and IVD manufacturer sites. Contact new and existing customers to meet and exceed sales objectives by developing new business, growing existing accounts, maintaining relationships, and troubleshooting problems. Develop strategic account plans, deliver differentiated messaging and quantitative economic value, overcome objections, and negotiate to close sales. Generate demand and maximize product awareness through education and information delivered to customers. Prepare proposals for assigned accounts, present contract proposals, and negotiate to maximize overall business and profitability. Plan territory routing for efficiency and conduct market intelligence initiatives to communicate competitive information internally. Negotiate new and existing long‑term supply agreements. Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. 7+ years of relevant sales or equivalent experience. Excellent oral and written communication skills and impactful presentation ability. Proven leadership, negotiation, contracting, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work in a regulated environment. Strategic planning and organizational skills. Travel

25% national travel. Benefits
