Base Pay Range $225,000.00/yr – $300,000.00/yr
Position Description We are seeking a talented and driven Labor & Employment Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three (3) years of experience advising on employment law matters, handling workplace disputes, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Preferred Experience
Knowledge of employment and labor laws including Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FLSA, and relevant state laws.
Experience litigating single‑plaintiff employment discrimination cases before administrative agencies (e.g., EEOC, IDHR) and in federal/state courts.
Proficiency in drafting employment‑related documents such as agreements, handbooks, and separation packages.
Willingness to support M&A transactions as a labor and employment specialist.
Experience with labor/collective bargaining or class/collective actions is a plus.
Active Illinois law license.
