YOUR TYPICAL DAY...
Be a reliable, go-to resource for smart, high-quality legal support that moves things forward Jump in on labor matters—respond to unfair labor practice charges and helping draft briefs for arbitration Keep employee handbooks up to date and aligned with current laws and best practices Draft and refine employment and separation agreements that reflect both compliance and care Coordinate requests and responses, managing the e-discovery process working ahead to meet deadlines
YOUR BACKGROUND…
Experience Attorney in Employment & Labor Driven to succeed, supportive team player, lifelong learner Admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar, New Jersey a plus Solid knowledge of key employment laws, including Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, and FLSA—plus the ability to apply them in practical, real-world situations
