Compensation Range: $210,000.00/yr - $300,000.00/yr.

Overview As a Wealth Consultant, you will identify, engage, acquire, and retain high net‑worth clients and prospects in holistic wealth management planning. You will serve as a primary relationship manager for high net‑worth clients and families, coordinate advice and activities with other members of the Wealth team, and develop revenue‑producing opportunities across multiple product lines to achieve growth and profitability goals. You will also represent and promote the wealth line of business within the bank and across the communities served.

Responsibilities

Client Acquisition

– Identify and attract new clients through direct prospecting, client referrals, and partnerships with bank associates. Build and cultivate strategic partnerships with centers of influence to enhance acquisition efforts. Manage external networking and market development.

Relationship Management

– Serve as the primary contact and advocate for high net‑worth prospects and clients. Maintain current knowledge of client circumstances and overall relationship with the bank, and develop appropriate wealth plans. Represent the full services offering, including investments, banking, financial planning, insurance, and trust services. Execute a high‑touch, client‑centric experience to maintain and expand relationships and assist in planning and facilitation of client events.

Strategic Advice

– Provide expert wealth‑management advice and develop comprehensive, long‑range plans to achieve clients’ financial goals. Identify appropriate products, services, and solutions, and engage other associates within the department to provide ongoing advice as needs evolve.

Collaboration

– Foster effective partnerships with bank stakeholders, engage specialists from the broader business team, and coordinate the delivery of wealth‑management products and services to clients.

Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree with 8 years of experience in client acquisition, asset gathering, and comprehensive banking and financial planning *or* High school diploma or GED with 12 years of experience in the same areas.

Preferred experience in client acquisition, asset gathering, comprehensive financial planning, banking, investment management, insurance planning, trust & estate planning.

Required licenses or certification: Series 7, 65 or 66 licenses, and State Life & LTC Insurance License.

Preferred: Advanced Advisor/Planning designation.

Compensation & Incentives The base pay for this position is generally between $210,000 and $300,000 per year. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location and other non‑discriminatory factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
