Description Sunshine Quality Solutions is looking for a small ag and turf sales professional. The small ag and turf sales professional sells new and used agricultural and turf equipment to new and existing customers, with a focus on walk-in, retail-oriented, and customer traffic sales. This individual represents the company for the sale of machinery to walk-in customers.
Responsibilities
Serve as the company representative for machinery sales to walk-in customers.
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, focusing on 90hp tractors, implements, attachments, and turf products.
Monitor competitor activity and inform management of key trends.
Drive retail sales by understanding customer needs, proposing solutions, offering demos, and closing deals.
Maintain accurate customer information for sales management.
Follow a defined sales process to ensure consistency and success.
Care for assigned company vehicles and equipment.
Assist in planning and executing customer events.
Conduct new equipment demonstrations.
Track trends in customer business activities and provide timely updates to management.
Stay informed on financing options to help customers secure purchases of new and used goods.
Participate in relevant sales training and seminars.
Evaluate used equipment values and assist with trade-ins when applicable.

Qualifications Required Qualifications
1-3 years of retail sales experience
Knowledge of agricultural or turf equipment
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, internet functions)
Ability to work flexible hours
Excellent customer relationship skills
Ability to analyze and interpret basic sales reports
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
High school diploma
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of retail sales experience
Farming or operational practice experience
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 75 lbs.
Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time.
Ability to operate machinery and equipment as needed for demonstrations.
Ability to perform tasks that may require stooping, crouching, or kneeling.
