Full-Time Call Center-Member Service Representative I or II – Colorado Springs, CO Join Ent Credit Union as a Full‑Time Call Center Member Service Representative I or II. This in‑office position is based at our Colorado Springs headquarters and requires 5 weeks of mandatory paid training.

Job Description Position projected to start 12/08/2025. Required availability: Monday‑Friday 7:00 am‑6:00 pm (shifts within these hours) and Saturdays 8:00 am‑3:00 pm. This is not a fully remote eligible position.

Essential Functions – Call Center I

Process member requests received through incoming calls, updating the database as needed.

Verify members using current procedures to minimize fraudulent activity.

Escalate priority issues to the proper area.

Maintain strong product knowledge and regularly provide referrals across all product areas.

Adhere to Bank Secrecy Act policies and procedures.

Essential Functions – Call Center II

Build and retain member relationships by answering calls, troubleshooting, and escalating priority issues.

Resolve member concerns properly and provide solutions to avoid escalations across all service areas.

Demonstrate extensive knowledge of all products and services by actively listening and determining the best fit for each member.

Obtain the skillset to submit consumer and business credit card applications.

Qualifications

High School Diploma/G.E.D. or equivalent.

1+ years combined inbound phone and financial services experience.

Sales experience (preferred).

Excellent customer service focus.

Strong proficiency in credit union products and resources.

General understanding of online banking and credit card products.

Proficient computer skills (Windows, Microsoft Word, Office).

Ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously across databases.

Strong communication and writing skills.

Organizational skills and typing/ten‑key required.

Symitar experience strongly preferred.

Compensation Hourly ranges: Call Center I $18.75–$19.75; Call Center II $20.60–$23.48. Position eligible for a monthly incentive plan.
