Job Overview
Senior Director, US Sales Operations, Data & Global COE at CSL Behring. Lead all aspects of sales force operations across CSL Behring’s US portfolio. Responsible for sales force sizing, territory design, incentive strategy, customer targeting, data operations, CRM, and global COE alignment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Sales Operations team across targeting/alignment, reporting, sales incentives, analytics, data, and CRM.
Develop quarterly/semesterly sales incentive compensation plans aligned with CSL strategy.
Own sales force sizing, territory design, and alignment processes.
Translate brand strategy into customer targeting plans and prioritize sales resource deployment.
Own CRM operations for US sales and customer facing teams; represent US needs on global Veeva committee.
Oversee US commercial data infrastructure, strategy, and governance; set vision for data platforms.
Establish and lead Global Sales Operations COE; standardize tools, metrics, and processes.
Manage and coach direct reports; conduct performance reviews and talent development.
Qualifications
BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
MBA highly preferred.
12+ years professional experience, 8+ years in pharmaceutical industry.
Experience in specialty/rare disease data, specialty pharmacy acquisition, and secondary claims data.
Deep experience in sales operations: incentive design, customer targeting, force alignment, analytics, reporting, and technology.
Advanced analytical skills in Excel/Access/PowerPoint; BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau preferred; Veeva knowledge preferred.
8+ years CRM experience.
Leadership experience with international and matrixed teams.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship building.
Strong change leadership and strategic thinking.
