Personal & Executive Assistant – High-Profile Attorney | Marin County (Onsite)

We are looking for a proactive, resourceful, and highly organized Personal & Executive Assistant to support a very busy attorney in managing both professional and personal priorities. This role blends executive assistant, personal assistant, and household management responsibilities, ideal for someone who thrives in fast‑paced environments, anticipates needs, and loves creating structure out of chaos. This is a primarily onsite position, supporting the executive at both their office and private residence, so candidates should live within a reasonable commuting distance of Mill Valley and Greenbrae and be comfortable with in‑person work and occasional travel. Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate the executive’s professional and personal calendars and schedules Anticipate conflicts and proactively resolve scheduling challenges Handle email management, task tracking, and meeting follow‑ups Coordinate travel, appointments, and logistics Support with household operations, including vendors, maintenance, errands, and personal events Plan and manage personal and professional events Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion while managing sensitive information Act as the executive’s gatekeeper, protecting their time and priorities Communicate effectively with staff, colleagues, and external contacts Stay several steps ahead by anticipating needs and executing with urgency and precision Qualifications

4+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Household Manager Strong organizational and project management skills; able to handle multiple priorities at once Exceptional attention to detail, judgment, and follow‑through High emotional intelligence and professional communication style Discreet, trustworthy, and adaptable in high‑pressure environments Tech‑savvy; proficient with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, Asana, and modern productivity tools Experience coordinating complex travel and managing personal errands or events Comfortable with direct communication, shifting priorities, and occasional long or irregular hours Based in or near Marin County and open to onsite work and travel Salary: $80,000–$95,000 per year, depending on experience and location Seniority level
