Sr. HR Business Partner – Science & Innovation

We offer over 600 clinically relevant medical devices and innovative assisted reproductive technology and genomic testing solutions. Job Summary

As Sr. HRBP – Science & Innovation, you will work directly with the R&D, Regulatory, Equipment Services, and Medical Affairs unit leaders to support the Global Commercial and Science & Innovation organization. You will take ownership of HR for your assigned business units and act as a trusted advisor to create the right culture for CooperSurgical’s continued growth. Responsibilities

Provide advice and support to leaders, managers, and employees on employment related matters. Deliver a robust HR service across Talent Acquisition, onboarding, and exits with appropriate coordination. Understand the business and contribute to the unit strategy and meetings. Align local HR strategy to overall business strategy and long‑range plans. Recommend appropriate Rewards/Incentive programs in collaboration with local leadership. Lead the implementation and improvement of global HR initiatives. Own and manage HR core data in HCM and manage contracts and employment documentation. Facilitate talent review, development plans, and training initiatives. Champion change management tools, coach leadership, and support employees through performance enablement. Drive organizational structure design and job profile development for effectiveness and alignment. Qualifications

6+ years HRBP experience, 10+ years total HR experience. Strong Talent Management, Total Rewards, Organizational Development, and Change Management skills. Experience in strategic planning and execution within a multinational organization. Deep understanding of Labor Law and employment regulations in multiple countries. Effective coaching and leadership skills, high integrity and customer service orientation. Proficiency in HCM systems and HR data analytics. Adaptable, flexible, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment. Experience & Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field. Preferred medical device industry experience. Experience supporting Commercial teams. Work Location

Onsite 5 days a week in Trumbull, CT. 10% travel as needed.
