Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Manager to join our Accounting and Finance team on-site. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of accounting experience, with a strong background in General Ledger and financial reporting. In this role, you will report to the Senior Accounting Manager and contribute to a variety of initiatives that support the Accounting and Finance department, while also providing cross-functional support to other teams within the organization.
Base Pay Range $100,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
Leading the monthly, quarterly, and year‑end close processes, including preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.
Analyzing complex financial reports, maintaining the general ledger, and preparing financial statements.
Managing fixed assets and other key accounting functions.
Filing periodic tax returns (Sales and Use, Parking, Unsecured Property).
Assisting with NFL reporting requirements.
Supervising Accounts Payable staff to ensure accurate expense recording, disbursements, and compliance with annual reporting requirements.
Providing documentation and support for internal and external audits.
Evaluating, documenting, and improving internal controls and accounting processes.
Identifying and implementing opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy.
Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Own many of the day‑to‑day and monthly financial reporting requirements.
Learn new technologies and tools to implement efficient, accurate, and compliant financial reporting processes.
Improve accounting functions through automation and process optimization.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA license preferred.
7+ years of accounting experience.
Strong understanding of US GAAP and internal controls.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, JD Edwards) and advanced Excel skills.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Experience with monthly close processes, including reconciliations and financial analysis.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization.
Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
