Position Summary
We’re looking for a
Retail Marketing Manager
to elevate our digital presence, strengthen our brand identity, and grow our retail and catering operations in the SF Bay Area. This role will play a key part in shaping how our brand shows up across web, digital, and physical spaces.
Key Responsibilities
Website & Digital Presence
– Oversee and streamline the Bay Area website to simplify navigation and enhance user experience, ensure mobile responsiveness and SEO optimization, highlight core business pillars, and integrate a recipe and operator portal platform.
Branding & Identity
– Lead
Angelina’s rebranding , develop and maintain
brand templates
for menus, flyers, and signage, build the
Chai Bar brand book , and ensure consistent branding across all assets.
Paid & Digital Marketing
– Manage
Square marketing tools
(email campaigns, loyalty programs, and promotions), automate targeted campaigns, and drive awareness and sales through paid digital channels.
Catering Growth Initiatives
– Develop catering packages with tiered pricing, create dedicated landing pages, and build partnerships with local event planners and venues.
Retail & In-Store Experience
– Support retail cart build‑out and design, optimize staff workflow, and enhance customer engagement.
Community Engagement
– Identify and execute partnerships with local events, farmers’ markets, and cultural festivals; develop influencer collaborations and sampling activations.
Recipe & Knowledge Platform
– Build and manage a
recipe portal
for operators and distributors, provide training videos and downloadable assets.
Internal & Operator Communications
– Develop scalable communication strategies for operators and distributors, create international‑ready messaging, and ensure clear, standardized product guides.
Qualifications & Skills
5+ years of experience in
retail, food & beverage, or CPG marketing .
Proven track record in website management, branding, and campaign execution.
Strong understanding of SEO, digital advertising, and email marketing platforms (Square, Mailchimp, Meta Ads, etc.).
Experience with brand development, packaging, and in‑store retail design.
Exceptional project management, communication, and creative direction skills.
Familiarity with catering, community engagement, or hospitality marketing is a plus.
Compensation Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience. The compensation package includes performance‑based bonuses and a comprehensive benefits plan.
