Base pay range: $165,000.00/yr - $230,000.00/yr

Role Summary:
As a Staff Product Manager at Filevine, you will shape legal technology platforms, own new product initiatives from concept to launch, and drive growth by building innovative solutions that empower lawyers and legal professionals.
Responsibilities:
Deliver the product vision: develop product plans, specs, and user stories to bring high‑quality features to life.
Roadmap execution: collaborate with product leadership and teams to execute against the product roadmap.
Champion the user experience: own the product's UX and feature set development to ensure a delightful experience for every user.
Build strong partnerships: collaborate closely with engineering to craft usable experiences and deliver effective solutions, acting as the voice of the customer.
Bridge the gap: translate complex customer and business needs into clear, actionable specifications, business rules, flows, and use cases.
Customer adoption: actively participate in customer calls to understand needs and pain points to inform product decisions.
Data‑driven decision making: analyze data and feedback, identify problems, measure results, and prioritize opportunities.
Agile work style: iterate user stories, define acceptance criteria, and work with engineers.
Prioritization mastery: optimize the backlog and align projects with business needs and long‑term goals.
Quality assurance champion: support product acceptance testing with QA and engineers.
Launch leader: drive zero‑to‑one launches, partner with GTM to build value propositions, marketing assets, and one‑pagers.
Evangelizing product: educate the organization, create excitement, and secure buy‑in.
Qualifications:
B.S. or M.S. in business, accounting, engineering, computer science, information systems, or related field; comparable certifications; or equivalent direct work experience.
5+ years of experience in software product or project management in SaaS or similar, preferably Legal, Legal Tech, or Artificial Intelligence.
2+ years delivering software that relies on Artificial Intelligence.
Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and working within a software development life cycle.
Creative problem solving and an innovative mindset.
Adaptable to changing priorities and open to new ideas while focusing on business success.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong problem solving, decision‑making, and analytical skills.
Experienced with Agile/lean delivery frameworks.
A passion for driving efficiency and quality metrics.
Bonus points for experience in the legal industry.
Ability to travel as business needs dictate, including time at Salt Lake City headquarters and visiting customers.
