General Manager – McDonald’s Join to apply for the General Manager role at McDonald’s.

Responsibilities

Run a profitable restaurant and ensure it meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.

Set restaurant goals with leadership, create a plan to achieve those goals, and monitor progress.

Lead a team of Department Managers, setting their individual goals, following up on progress, and providing coaching and direction to improve the departments.

Assist in hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to build a strong, future-ready team.

Maintain the highest standards of quality, service, and cleanliness across all operational areas.

Qualifications

Previous General Manager experience running high‑volume quick‑service restaurant locations.

Background in quick‑service restaurants strongly desired; experience in hospitality or retail is acceptable.

Must be 18 years or older.

Salary & Benefits Salary: $47,000+.
