High-Ticket Sales Closer
who can turn qualified leads into premium clients, consistently closing 6-figure+ deals. You’ll engage with decision-makers, understand their goals, and present NorthScale’s solutions with confidence, turning opportunities into measurable growth.
Tasks
Qualify inbound leads and prioritize high-potential prospects.
Conduct discovery calls and sales presentations with decision-makers.
Build rapport and position NorthScale as a strategic partner.
Manage and update all activities in the CRM (Attio).
Track pipeline progress and maintain accurate deal records.
Handle objections and negotiate terms to close high-ticket deals.
Follow up with prospects to maintain engagement and drive conversions.
Re-engage cold leads and nurture long-term relationships.
Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams for smooth onboarding.
Report sales metrics and suggest improvements to optimize closing strategies.
Requirements
Proven track record
of closing high-ticket deals for
digital brands
(6-figure+ preferred).
Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B or high-ticket sales.
Strong understanding of sales processes, pipelines, and CRM management.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle objections and confidently guide prospects to close.
Comfortable conducting calls, video meetings, and presentations with decision-makers.
Highly organized and disciplined
with time and task management.
Availability to work 20 hours per week and respond promptly to leads.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and accountable for hitting sales targets.
Competence with CRM tools (e.g., Attio, Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tech stack.
