A day in the life... The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing all property technology systems, ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient IT operations across the resort. This includes managing networks, hardware, software, guest-facing technology, and cybersecurity. The IT Manager will partner with property leadership to support business operations, deliver excellent guest experiences, and maintain compliance with Noble House Hotels & Resorts standards

This is a onsite in person position but open to Hybrid position at times based on operational needs.

Key Accountabilities:

Responsible for setting up workstations with computers and necessary equipment/systems

Installing and configuring appropriate software and functions according to specifications

Set up necessary peripheral devices including routers, printers, scanners, etc.

Develop and maintain local networks to optimize performance

Ensure the security and privacy of hotel’s networks

Perform troubleshooting to resolve any problems and repair/replace parts as needed

Maintain logbook for repairs

Place orders for new equipment/parts needed

Repair and upgrade different types of computers; hardware and software

Track requests through IT support request system

Diagnose software and hardware problems

Perform regular updates of servers

Maintain inventory levels of IT supplies and equipment i.e. cables, adapters, etc.

Assists with testing of new software modifications, upgrades, and patches

Ensure electrical safety standards are met

Upgrading system to ensure compatible software on all computers

Install timeclocks

Install POS stations, printers and peripherals

Support PMS and POS systems

Assist team members with any technical issues they may have

Manage all technical documentation

Assist with all IT related projects throughout the hotel

Requirements The ideal candidate will have:

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Five or more years of experience in a similar role, with at least 3 years in a leadership role in a resort or luxury hotel setting.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in recruiting, training, and developing staff.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks and priorities.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness.

Professional appearance and presentation required.

Knowledge of and skill in using computer software, including MS Word/Excel/Outlook, and POS.
