structural UX
tasks such as wireframes, user flows, and task flows.

design-system components & tokens , ensuring consistency across web and mobile surfaces.
Pair with software engineers
to achieve visual-regression-free, “design-fidelity” releases.
Run quick
heuristic reviews and internal usability checks , iterating on flows based on team feedback and tools such as Microsoft Clarity.
Qualifications
3+ years
designing UI/UX for web or SaaS products, with a portfolio that highlights shipped, high-fidelity work.
Proficiency in software such as
Figma
and generative AI tools.
Proven ability to convert wire-flows into developer-ready specs and
guide hand-off to code .
Experience collaborating with engineers/QE to hit
pixel parity and maintain design-system integrity .
Collaborative communicator who documents decisions, invites critique early, and translates feedback into action; pragmatic problem-solver who unblocks teams without sacrificing quality.
