You Are:
The Infrastructure Shared Services group is the internal global IT organization for Accenture. We run the daily IT operations ranging from workstation support, AV support, network infrastructure, and in-office video conference technology support. This role will be part of our Special Events, Leadership Enablement, and Client Technology team. The focus being supporting the high-profile meetings and events that take place in our Connected Innovation Center in New York. The specialization will be supporting AV and meeting collaboration technology.
The Work:
Providing white glove service and support to all Accenture employees and client guests that are participating in meetings or events in the office
Managing and maintaining Audio Visual technologies such as a sound mixer with synchronized wireless microphones
Testing operation, and troubleshooting video conferencing devices and display walls
Such devices could include: Microsoft Teams Rooms, Cyviz Display Walls, Cisco VC rooms, etc.
Managing and maintaining extended reality devices such as Apple Vision Pro and Meta Quest devices
Acting as the technical lead during high-profile client meetings and leadership events ensuring a seamless technology experience
Collaborating with global teams to pilot and support emerging technologies for immersive experiences and hybrid collaboration
Creating and updating technical documentation
The role is 100% in office, based in New York, NY. There may be some opportunities to travel for off-site event support.
Here’s What You Need:
Minimum 1+ years supporting either IT or AV related industries
Minimum 1+ years working with ITIL software such as Service Now or Jira
Familiarity with enterprise collaboration platforms (e.g. Microsoft Teams, Google Meets, Zoom, Webex, etc.)
Hands on Windows 10, Windows 11, and OSX support experience
Hands on Android and iOS support experience
High School Diploma/GED
Bonus Points If:
You have experience working in either a client-facing or senior executive facing role where professionalism is key
You have any IT or AV related certifications (e.g. CompTIA, CTS, Microsoft, or Cisco)
You have a background in photography for the offering of professional grade employee headshots/portraits.
Professional Experience:
Must be capable of working in a fast-paced environment both as an individual and as part of a team
Strong communication skills to interface with non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership
An agile mindset with the ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities
