Status: TS/SCI clearance or TS with the ability to obtain SCI and pass a polygraph
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain model-based system architectures using SysML and DoDAF
Assist in modeling foreign missile systems and Command & Control (C2) structures in support of national defense analysis
Collaborate with senior engineers and government stakeholders to deliver high-quality modeling products
Participate in on-site and remote support to multiple IC organizations
Contribute to technical documentation, data traceability, and systems integration
Grow your skills in MBSE tools and methodologies through hands‑on mission work
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with 2+ years of relevant experience; or 0+ years of relevant experience with a Master’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; an additional 4 years can be substituted in lieu of degree

Foundational understanding of Model‑Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and modeling frameworks
Familiarity with ITASE (Integrated Threat Analysis and Simulation Environment)
Exposure to SysML and/or DoDAF‑compliant modeling practices
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving skills
Willingness to support efforts across multiple government sites and collaborate with diverse technical teams
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using tools such as Cameo Systems Modeler, Teamwork Cloud, Simulink, MATLAB, STK, Jira, Confluence
Experience supporting DoD or IC customers
Interest in missile systems, C2 architecture, or defense technology
