Key Responsibilities

Manage General Contractors, Subcontractors to ensure project owner's vision is actualized.

Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation.

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Conduct regular site visits.

Qualifications

Strong background in General Contractors or Owners Representation.

Strong knowledge of municipal infrastructure.
