Senior WW Specialist Solutions Architect – Amazon Connect (Contact Center Solutions WFM, CRM), AWS WWSO Apps
Join Amazon Web Services (AWS) as a Senior WW Specialist Solutions Architect to lead end‑to‑end go‑to‑market strategy for Amazon Connect and related Contact Center solutions. You will work closely with customers, partner and professional services organizations to architect and accelerate adoption of AWS services in complex environments.
Responsibilities
Provide deep technical expertise in Amazon Connect and CX domain to guide customers in adopting AWS products.
Collaborate with specialist, sales, marketing, and product teams to design solutions for challenging business problems.
Act as a trusted advisor to line‑of‑business and C‑suite leaders.
Lead architectural reviews and workshops to align on technical objectives.
Share best practices through AWS blogs, whitepapers, reference architectures, and public‑speaking events.
Educate customers on AWS value proposition and ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment.
Report data and insights back to specialist community and product teams, and serve as primary point of contact for urgent customer issues.
Basic Qualifications
8+ years of experience in technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data & analytics.
3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting experience in applications and infrastructures.
10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in software or Internet industries.
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking experience.
Knowledge of SAP systems (e.g., SAP Business Suite, S/4HANA, SAP HANA) and their architecture.
Experience engaging with end‑user or developer communities and managing relationships with SAP customers and partners.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud Platform, SAP Cloud ERP, and Cloud ERP Private.
Experience designing with non‑SAP technologies in domains such as Generative/Agentic AI, and data & analytics.
