We’re partnering on an incredible opportunity to support the Founder of a cutting‑edge early‑stage venture capital firm investing in AI‑focused technology companies. The firm is looking for a strategic EA to join their team—a great chance to interface with leading tech entrepreneurs in the Bay Area.
In this role you’ll manage the executive’s complex calendar, oversee meetings and travel logistics, and serve as a critical communication liaison—triaging emails, prioritizing key correspondence, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. Exceptional written communication and organizational skills are a must.
The Role Executive Assistant to Founder
The City San Francisco, CA (4x Onsite)
The Money $140,000–$160,000 base + benefits
The Company Pre‑seed Venture Capital firm
The Ideal Candidate A background in venture capital or early‑stage startups is preferred. Someone who thrives in a high‑touch, high‑trust partnership, excels in fast‑moving environments, and brings warmth, discretion, and professionalism to every interaction.
Your Day‑to‑Day
Manage a dynamic and ever‑changing calendar across multiple time zones, ensuring seamless coordination for meetings, travel, and investor events.
Oversee complex domestic and international travel logistics, from itineraries and accommodations to day‑of coordination and follow‑up.
Provide proactive inbox and communication management, triaging priorities and maintaining flow for the Founder.
Assist with special projects, events, and summits as needed.
