Under Director John Cunningham, more than 150 full‑time staff support 18 varsity teams and over 450 student‑athletes, delivering world‑class fan experiences and competitive excellence. Job Overview

The Assistant Director of Marketing and Fan Experience (Program Coordinator) is a full‑time position responsible for delivering premium fan experiences, generating revenue, and increasing attendance for UC Athletics. The role requires evening and weekend hours. Essential Functions

• Manage and implement marketing plans for assigned sports, focusing on baseball and volleyball. • Support fan experience initiatives for football, men’s basketball, and other sports, including tailgating, open houses, spring games, and pep rallies. • Create strategies that differentiate live home events from televised games, enhancing engagement and attendance through student, youth, family, and community outreach. • Develop and implement innovative ideas to increase Bearcats athletics intensity. • Assist in managing student capstone and internship programs. • Participate in revenue‑generating initiatives, including student season ticket sales. • Support day‑to‑day operations of the marketing department. Required Education

Bachelor’s Degree. Five (5) years of relevant work experience and/or special training can satisfy the education requirement. Required Experience

One (1) year of program coordination experience. Application Information
