ServiceNow - IT Operations Management (ITOM) Senior Consultant - Tech Consulting Join EY to shape the future of IT operations management. This role brings you to the forefront of ServiceNow transformation, delivering innovative solutions and driving business impact for our clients worldwide.

Responsibilities

Lead ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB transformation projects, managing design, configuration, development, testing, and deployment phases.

Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring final deliverables meet business objectives.

Design and develop user interfaces across mobile, web, and tablet platforms, focusing on usability and experience.

Write clean, maintainable code and create specifications that support business and technical goals.

Lead client process and design sessions, facilitate requirements workshops with functional and business process subject matter experts.

Manage and mentor a multi‑disciplinary team of 3–5 resources, including offshore consultants, developers, and testers.

Provide industry‑leading practice expertise and guidance for ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB implementations, helping clients achieve process and technology transformation.

Maintain best‑practice deliverables and project artifacts, ensuring high‑quality documentation.

Skills and Attributes for Success

Act as a workstream lead across all aspects of a ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project.

Ability to analyze a company’s people, process, and technology capabilities, providing leading‑practice recommendations.

Experience in waterfall and agile delivery models, supporting management activities such as planning, status reporting, budgets, and risk and issue logs.

Strong communication (written/verbal), adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, and relationship building.

Excellent soft skills – communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability, and organization.

Experience leading teams and supervising others.

Driver’s license valid in the U.S. and ability to travel to meet client needs.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or a related discipline.

Initially 2–4 years of relevant ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project experience.

ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).

Minimum of two of the following ServiceNow certifications:

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Data Foundations

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Discovery

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Event Management

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Service Mapping

3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.

Ability to advise on the connectivity of the CMDB and IT Operations Management (ITOM) to ITSM processes.

Experience leading teams and supervising others (managerial and leadership skills).

Ideally, You’ll Also Have

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM, HAM, or SAM.

Performance analytics and reporting experience – certifications are a plus.

Experience in ServiceNow’s AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, AI Control Tower).
