Location Anywhere in Country

The Opportunity You’ll lead ServiceNow Transformation teams in a rapidly growing area of the business. This is a client‑visible role that offers opportunities to motivate, develop teams, establish new client relationships, and grow your consulting and leadership skills.

Key responsibilities include identifying and defining user/customer requirements, developing user interfaces across mobile, web, and tablet platforms, and creating components that integrate seamlessly with upstream and downstream systems.

Your Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements.

Design and develop user interfaces that are functional and enhance user experience.

Write clean, maintainable code and create specifications that support business objectives.

Travel regularly to meet with clients and engage stakeholders.

Skills & Attributes for Success

Lead ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB projects, including design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

Manage and mentor a multi‑disciplinary team of 3–5 resources, including offshore consultants, developers, and testers.

Provide guidance and industry best‑practice expertise for ITOM/CMDB implementations.

Analyze organizational capabilities and recommend process and technology transformations.

Advise on the connectivity of the CMDB, ITOM, and ITSM processes.

Facilitate client workshops and requirements sessions.

Support delivery models in waterfall and agile, including planning, reporting, budgeting, and risk management.

Create high‑quality deliverables and project artifacts.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering, or related discipline.

2–4 years of relevant ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project experience.

ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).

Minimum two of the following certifications:

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Data Foundations

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Discovery

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Event Management

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Service Mapping

3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.

Excellent soft skills: communication, adaptability, problem‑solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability, and organization.

Experience leading and supervising teams.

Valid U.S. driver’s license.

Ability to travel for client engagements.

Ideally, you’ll also have

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM, HAM, or SAM.

Performance analytics and reporting experience; certifications are a plus.

Experience with ServiceNow’s AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, AI Control Tower).
