Pay:

$50–$60 per hour (actual pay based on skills and experience)

Responsibilities

Understand the core digital retailing platform and its integrations.

Support the life‑cycle process of assuring quality of Digital Channels through proper Test Management methodology and best practices.

Review business requirements, system documentation, and project assets to create robust and accurate test artifacts (test strategy, test plans, test cases, automated scripts, and reports).

Lead and assist application testing team members in developing and executing test cases, scripts, and procedures.

Create, socialise, and present test approaches, artifacts, processes, and metrics with appropriate teams.

Drive adoption and consistent usage of industry‑standard quality practice and testing methodologies, advancing the Continuous Testing Framework.

Publish and socialise testing results and metrics to enable business decisions and continuous improvement.

Participate in or lead test case reviews, user stories, risk assessments, requirement reviews, sprint reviews, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.

Prepare test data and ensure readiness of the test environment before test execution.

Consolidate and report QA deliverables, including defects, test execution results, and coverage to the management team.

Work with performance and automation testing team members to identify testing scenarios for target applications.

Project Focus

Fleet Order Management System Project – define and track quality assurance metrics such as defects, test results, and test status.

Collect and analyze data for software process evaluation and improvements, integrating them into business processes.

Document problems and assist in their resolution.

Deliver quality process training to technical staff and act as an internal quality consultant.

Perform quality audits across IT functions to ensure standards, procedures, and methodologies are followed.

Qualifications

BA/BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

5+ years of QA experience in a digital product environment.

Technical background to understand complex business requirements and testing needs.

Experience testing enterprise digital/web/cloud platforms with complex data, transactions, and integrations involving external vendors and internal teams.

In‑depth knowledge of QA practices, policies, and methodologies.

Experience creating and maintaining QA documentation: Test Plan, Test Strategy, test cases, automated scripts, and reports.

Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and work within a hybrid environment.

Experience in Mobile, Frontend, Website, and Backend API testing.

Hands‑on experience with Jira/Zephyr tools to manage defects and create dashboards/reports.

Hands‑on automation experience with tools such as Appium, Selenium, and definition of automation strategy.

Experience with SQL queries for data extraction (Oracle and/or SQL Server).

Hands‑on experience defining load test strategy and using load testing tools.

Advanced ability to self‑direct, prioritize multiple simultaneous projects, and communicate problems concisely to developers.

Proficiency in technical writing, reporting, and automated testing.
