AIRCRAFT MECHANIC LEADER Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD)

Position Description You will serve as an Aircraft Mechanic Leader in the Industrial Execution Department of Fleet Readiness Center Southwest.

Position Duties & Responsibilities

You will remove, install, align and rig flight control systems, rotor systems, engines and related parts.

You will remove, install, and align various parts of the fuselage and airframe subcomponents and install furnishings, accessories, and cockpit enclosures.

You will install and adjust flight controls, control cables, rods, bell cranks, pulleys and fairleads.

You will install tubing, tanks, fuel cells, valves, gauges, controls and supports.

You will instruct apprentices, trainees, journeymen, workers, and others to urge them to follow instructions and procedures.

Salary 40.15-46.84
