Administrative Assistant – Costello Medical
Join the Costello Medical team as an Administrative Assistant based in Boston. This role supports the Scientific Director, the US Head of Medical Communications, and other senior colleagues.
The role is ideal for those with experience in administrative support or looking to grow their career. You will receive training, guidance and mentorship.
Your Responsibilities
Calendar management
Collating agendas, attending meetings and minute taking
Responding to, drafting, and filing emails
Scheduling meetings and organising logistics or catering
Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external queries and requests
Document management (printing, filing, signatures)
Drafting documents and presentations and reviewing for accuracy
Supporting wider company projects
Copying scientific details between different document types
Answering telephones and taking messages
Making purchases and processing expenses
Event scheduling, including research costs, liaising with venues and booking facilities
Organising domestic and international travel
Responding to personal administrative tasks
Other ad‑hoc tasks in support of the Operations Team

Experience as an Administrative Assistant or Personal Assistant is desirable. An interest in healthcare is an advantage.
Compensation Starting salary: $35,000 to $40,000, dependent on experience. Salary increases awarded annually and on promotion.
Seniority level: Entry level.
