Software Integration Lead – SPY-6 Family of Radars Location: Marlborough, Massachusetts (Onsite). Security clearance: Secret, U.S. citizenship required.

What You Will Do

Lead and manage software integration and testing efforts for the Tactical Radar Program in an agile environment.

Collaborate with cross‑functional engineering teams to integrate System Adjustable Parameters and ensure accurate identification of changes.

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, procedures, and schedules to validate system functionality and performance.

Conduct extended software endurance testing on tactical hardware and strings to ensure reliability and robustness under prolonged operational conditions.

Analyze and troubleshoot complex problems identified during endurance testing, software builds, and site‑specific issues, providing timely resolutions to maintain program schedules.

Develop and provide software metrics for each of the SPY-6 release branches to internal and external customers.

Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to establish and maintain build handoffs and operational transitions between various testing sites.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to ensure successful execution of the software integration and test phases.

Prepare and deliver clear, concise, and compelling technical briefings and reports to customers.

Maintain strict adherence to quality assurance standards, safety protocols, and program compliance requirements.

Act as the primary point of contact for software‑related test activities, coordinating efforts across engineering disciplines.

Make priority decisions regarding backlog tasks.

Manage scope, budget and schedule.

Travel domestically or internationally as necessary.

Qualifications You Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics and a minimum of 10 years of experience.

Experience with deploying and configuring RedHat or equivalent Linux operating systems.

Active and transferable U.S. government‑issued security clearance prior to the start date. U.S. citizenship is required.

Qualifications We Prefer

Experience with DevSecOps and test automation.

Higher‑order programming languages such as C, C++, Java, etc.

Scripting languages (bash, Perl, Python, etc.).

Configuration management tools (ClearCase, Git, etc.).

Agile development and tools.

Virtualization experience.

Salary and Benefits Salary range: $124,000 – $250,000 USD. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term disability, long‑term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, and paid time off. Additional incentives may be offered based on performance and level.
