The organization is on the newer side but growing quite rapidly due to high deal flow in the market. The team is looking for an Associate to join them between now and Summer 2026. Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify attractive investment opportunities.
Build financial models to assess potential investments, including LBO, DCF, and comparable company analyses.
Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Support due diligence processes including financial, operational, legal, and commercial reviews.
Coordinate with advisors, consultants, and legal counsel during deal structuring and negotiation.
Assist in drafting term sheets, purchase agreements, and other transaction documents.
Monitor financial and operational performance of portfolio companies.
Collaborate with management teams to drive strategic initiatives and value creation.
Prepare quarterly reports and updates for internal committees and limited partners.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
2-4 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, or private equity.
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
