1 st and 3 rd party civil litigation
Bodily Injury
Insurance Coverage
Commercial Trucking
Bad Faith Insurance Lawsuits/Bad Faith Claims
Position Description Experience will determine caseload and day-to-day workload. Experienced attorneys will manage their own case load as aptitude and established skill sets permit. Litigation associates should expect be a part of many steps in the litigation process, such as reviewing, preparing, and approving pleadings, motions, participating in depositions and expert depositions. Appearance for oral arguments, pre-trial conferences, and trials will be necessary.
Hiring Criteria
JD from an accredited law school
Must be currently admitted to practice law in Indiana
Admitted to practice law in Illinois (preferred)
3+ years of litigation experience
Employment
