Addison Group is seeking a Revenue Cycle Analyst to join our client’s team. This contract-to-hire role combines collections and revenue integrity responsibilities, requiring strong analytical skills and the ability to present findings to leadership. Key Responsibilities:
Review and audit account adjustments, ensuring compliance with approval thresholds Manage AR cleanup and collections for outpatient claims Analyze fee schedules and insurance contracts Track high-dollar adjustments (over $10K) and categorize trends in spreadsheets Prepare monthly reports and present findings to leadership Support major projects by analyzing flagged trends and pulling detailed reports Collaborate with managers to provide feedback and optimize processes Qualifications:
5+ years of in and outpatient collections experience Strong understanding of revenue cycle processes, fee schedules, and insurance contracts Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with large datasets Excellent communication skills for reporting and presentations Ability to work quickly, multi-task, and meet deadlines
