As a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist, you will help clients feel welcomed and supported while ensuring all their needs are met, whether in person, over the phone, or virtually.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a friendly, personalized manner.
• Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional.
• Schedule client appointments as requested.
• Ensure all client needs are met during service.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or at multiple locations.
• Sales or marketing experience (preferred).

Experience & Skills

• Experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous customer‑service experience.
• Excellent multi‑tasking and time‑management skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office.
