The seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist focuses on wow clients now and in the future.

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
• Match clients with the best‑suit tax professional for their needs.
• Schedule clients according to their preferred times.
• Ensure all client needs are met during service in person, over the phone, or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organize resources with team members.
• Other duties as assigned.

Your Expertise

• Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous experience in a customer service environment.
• Ability to multi‑task.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office.
