The seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist focuses on wow clients now and in the future.
- Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
- Match clients with the best‑suit tax professional for their needs.
- Schedule clients according to their preferred times.
- Ensure all client needs are met during service in person, over the phone, or virtually.
- Maintain office cleanliness and organize resources with team members.
- Other duties as assigned.
Your Expertise
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Previous experience in a customer service environment.
- Ability to multi‑task.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office.
