Job Description

Are you experienced operating heavy equipment? PSC Construction seeks a Heavy Equipment Operator to support underground utilities projects, ensuring safe and timely completion within budget.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, and backhoes to excavate, grade, and compact earth.
• Collaborate with the construction team to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment to maintain optimal performance.
• Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organized work site.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment, including excavators, skid steer loaders, backhoes, dozers, cranes, or other earthmoving equipment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Knowledge of heavy equipment operation and maintenance.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Attention to detail and safety consciousness.
• Willingness to travel as needed for project requirements.
