Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Janitor, based in North Little Rock, AR, with opportunities for some work-from-home flexibility. The Janitor will be responsible for performing cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure facility cleanliness and upkeep. Daily duties include sweeping, mopping, dusting, removing trash, and ensuring common areas are sanitized. The role may also involve customer interaction and coordination related to facility needs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Janitorial Services and basic Housekeeping practices
• Strong Customer Service skills to address client or facility concerns
• Capability to participate in and effectively follow Training programs
• Experience or familiarity with facility-related Sales, a plus
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties effectively
• Knowledge of cleaning agents and OSHA safety standards is a bonus
