Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and record month‑end general ledger journal entries in compliance with US GAAP.
- Perform variance analysis against budget and trend, providing detailed explanations to management.
- Complete monthly balance sheet account reconciliations with accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across the organization to resolve accounting issues and respond to information requests.
- Analyze general ledger transactions to ensure appropriate classification and financial statement presentation.
- Review and validate supporting documentation for journal entries and reconciliations.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the accounting function.
- Support audit preparation and research as needed for internal and external reviews.
- Maintain high standards of communication, accuracy, and confidentiality in all financial processes.
