You’ll assist with patient registration, scheduling, insurance coordination, and front‑office support, ensuring every patient has a positive, seamless experience from check‑in to check‑out.
Primary Duties
- Greet and assist patients both in person and by phone, providing exceptional customer service.
- Register and schedule patients accurately, verify insurance, and manage co‑payments.
- Support clinical staff by preparing rooms, maintaining supplies, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Process and track patient information, authorizations, and documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
- Assist with administrative tasks such as billing support, report preparation, and maintaining organized records.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 2 or more years of customer service experience required; prior experience in a medical office or outpatient setting preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication, organization, and computer skills; ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a team environment.
This position has a hiring range of USD $18.00 – $29.74 per hour.
