Recruiting Coordinator
Automation Personnel Services is seeking a professional and motivated Recruiting Coordinator to staff our Decatur branch and surrounding communities. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and communication skills, be computer literate, possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Pay Range
$17.00-$19.00 per hour, based on experience

Schedules and Hours

Our workdays can be long and unpredictable. The office is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. The candidate should be able to work 40+ hours, including overtime when needed, and be available for on-call duties some weekends and after 5:00 pm as required.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting job candidates
• Screening and interviewing applicants
• Assessing applicant quality for correct placement
• Processing payroll
• Listening to and counseling employees, providing constructive feedback

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication skills
• Computer savvy, experienced with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Problem-solving skills
• Reliable transportation, valid Driver's License, proof of insurance
• Previous staffing or recruiting experience is a plus but not required
