The ideal candidate will proactively manage assets and drive timely resolutions for loans that are either in default or at risk of default, adhering to our company's risk management objectives. Your responsibilities will include: Monitoring the quality and performance of the loan portfolio Structuring and executing resolution strategies Collaborating with the special asset management team to maximize recovery for investors If you have a Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, real estate, or a related field, or equivalent experience, and at least 5 years of loan asset management experience—preferably with a focus on special servicing, bankruptcy, and loan workouts—this could be the role for you! Key qualifications include: Strong analytical, research, and reporting skills Excellent negotiation and communication abilities Attention to detail, with the capability to work both independently and as a part of a team A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Solid understanding of legal contracts, bankruptcy law, and the foreclosure process Comfort in interpreting legal documents This role will require occasional travel (up to 25%).
