We are seeking a full-time Paralegal to assist in our real estate, probate, and/or estate planning practice areas. The ideal candidate will be personable, detail-oriented, and able to manage files with minimal oversight. Experience in at least one of these practice areas is required.
All inquiries will be kept strictly confidential. Responsibilities
Prepare and organize documents for real estate transactions, including deeds, closing documents, and correspondence. Draft estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. Prepare probate filings and track case deadlines. Communicate directly with clients, lenders, title companies, and court personnel. Draft professional letters and maintain organized client files. Provide general administrative and case support to the attorney. Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience as a paralegal in real estate, probate, or estate planning. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage files and deadlines with minimal supervision. Professional, client-focused demeanor. $22 per hour Paid time off (PTO) Seniority level
