Reputable AM law firm is seeking a skilled Corporate Secretary to join their growing team in Downtown Los Angeles. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive support to 3-4 attorneys and is well-versed in either M&A, Finance and/or Real Estate.
Base pay range: $105,000.00/yr - $105,000.00/yr
Corporate Legal Secretary Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to 3-4 Attorneys in their Finance department. Proof, edit, and finalize legal documents (contracts, agreements, closing documents, letters, and correspondence). Help with preparing corporate formations, amendments, and other entity filings. Prepare closing binders. Help manage attorney calendars. Coordinate with opposing counsel, clients, and third parties to schedule and confirm meetings. Assist with time entry, expense reports, and billing coordination for attorneys. Manage meetings and travel arrangements. Corporate Legal Secretary Qualifications
5+ years of Legal Corporate experience. (Finance/M&A strongly referred) Demonstrate stability and reliability in previous roles. Exhibit a flexible attitude, suitable for a smaller office environment, even within a large firm. Hybrid. Must live locally to the LA area to accommodate potential in-office requirements for trials or significant events.
