A national defense firm is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary with 3-5+ years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense. The ideal candidate has supported multiple attorneys, managed busy calendars, handled e-filing in state and federal courts, and can generate TOCs/TOAs. Legal Secretary

Key Responsibilities: Support 1 attorney with caseload management and legal filings Draft, edit, and format pleadings, correspondence, and trial materials Manage court calendars, deadlines, and schedule depositions/meetings Generate TOCs/TOAs and assist with exhibit prep for trials Open/close matters and assist with vendor billing coordination To qualify, you must have prior experience as a Legal Secretary in defense litigation, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and demonstrate excellent organization and communication skills.
