Serve as a key member of the Registrar’s Office team. Contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Support the development of a holistic student academic record, including micro credentials and other innovative approaches to assessment, curriculum, and learning. Coordinate campus-wide efforts to integrate digital credentials into academic and co-curricular programs. Design credentialed learning experiences aligned with institutional goals. Develop training and resources to support the campus community. Ensure compliance with FERPA, ADA, and data governance standards. Partner with campus IT and university stakeholders to identify, implement, and evaluate tools that enhance the delivery of academic services supporting the holistic student record. Analyze data related to credentialing and learning outcomes to inform decision-making. Collaborate with the Registrar’s Office to streamline services and enhance support for the holistic student record. Recommend and implement policies and procedures ensuring compliance with laws and university policies. Mentor staff and lead professional development on trends in curriculum, credentialing, innovation, and student outcomes. Manage and assess Office of the Registrar projects assigned by the Assistant Vice Provost and University Registrar. Oversee all phases of program activities, including development, timelines, implementation, testing, and assessment. Work with leadership, staff, and campus partners throughout the project planning continuum. Perform other duties as assigned by the Assistant Vice Provost and University Registrar. Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a field related to the work and five years of experience coordinating programs. Ability to work independently on multiple projects with high accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent communication, collaboration, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills. Commitment to student-centered service delivery. Experience in academic innovation, curriculum development, or digital learning. Strong understanding of academic programs, student systems, curriculum, and data integration. Experience leading teams, coordinating without authority, and facilitating projects and initiatives. Ability to manage complex projects. Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate. Preferred Qualifications

Relevant higher education experience. Analytical and data analysis skills. Experience with digital badging platforms. Familiarity with higher education compliance standards. Certification in project management or change management. Experience in a large public research university setting. Master’s degree in higher education, instructional design, information systems, or related field. Salary

$60,000 Working Conditions

May work around standard office conditions. Repetitive use of a keyboard at a workstation. Occasional weekend, overtime and evening work to meet deadlines. On-site is the standard work location for this position. Required Materials
