Provide system administration and technical support for Alvaria and Verint Workforce Management platforms. Support forecasting, scheduling, and capacity planning activities to optimize contact center operations. Lead data analysis and generate actionable insights through dashboards and reports for leadership teams. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support system migrations and enhancements. Mentor and collaborate with team members to improve processes and system usability. Qualifications
3-5 years of experience with Workforce Management systems, especially Alvaria (Aspect) and Verint. Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions like array formulas, SUMIFS, Power Query, and Power Pivots. Experience in system administration, forecasting, and capacity planning within a contact center environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and tell a compelling story to stakeholders. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
